Everyone has tools to bend sheet metal
Get a flat piece of aluminum or steel, cut it to size. Then to bend it to the angle you want, draw a line where you want the bend. Take a 2x4 or any strong, straight piece of wood and at least 2 C-clamps, and sandwich the flat plate between the 2x4 and the edge of a table right on the line you drew. Now press down on the flat plate till you have the angle you want. It's easier to start small and work your way up, so do it a little at a time. If need be, use a mallet to tap the plate to get the angle you want.
